Thanx for all the suggestions, but i've used my gas pw several times in the last few days, starting with my 18v drill. Works like a charm & saves my back. So, i'm not forced into buying an electric pw right away.

I haven't looked into using my drill-starter on my weedeater/pruner/tiller tool, or on my log splitter, but in theory it should work if the drill has enough umpf.

i have a karcher 1800 psi electric unit. was ? 89$ from lowes. i think you can get similar offerings in the 1300-1800 psi range from home despot, lowes, walmart and harbor freight / northern tool.. all for 80-120$ or so.

mine came with a power wand and a soap wand.. soap suction tube.. has wheels and handle.. is upright unit like a cart.. weights? maybee 8#.. long electric cord with magnetic safety switch.. decent sized hose. works great for me clenaing tractors up
