electrical problems with bobcat ct335

I changed the battery on my bobcat 335 and had to replace the battery ends due to corrosion a few months back, now the 4 wheel assist light stays on, lose RPM's when the parking brake is applied, no headlights and when you first turn the key on and wait for the glow plug light to go out nothing else lights up, except the glow plug light. Do I have a poor connection or is the computer gone bad, once you get it started the hour meter lights up and the 4 wheel light stays on but very dim still no head lights and rpm's jump around, Hope it's just and bad connection, but my luck it will be more than I want to hear, will check the battery connections this morning and report back, Thanks Steve

Hey just wondering if you got your ct 335 fix. Mine is doing the same thing. Just wondering what the problem was i have check everything

I notice that nobody has responded to your query and don't know if you've already found the problem
but if not, you might try replacing the switched power relay. I had a problem with the same symptoms
a few years ago and replacing the relay solved the problem. At that time, the problem wasn't intermittent.
Now I'm experiencing a similar problem but it's intermittent. Hopefully it's the switched power relay again,
but I haven't tried to fix it yet.

The other thing to check is the grounding wire on the frame. If the battery was corroded the inside of the wire could be shot, and/or the connection to the frame.

i have to agree with this. if your seeing weird crap across the entire board in terms of electrical issues, its usually a bad ground to body/engine/frame strap.

there is a loaded ground voltage drop test that can be done to prove if the wire or connection is bad
