Unless someone is really gullible and believes the prince etc...some of the most harmful (malware, spyware etc., etc...) email is successful just because a user opens the message...that's all that's required for the embedded scripts to run after calling an image file that may be only a single pixel in size...something the average user would never notice...

The key is learning to discern the spam from friendly messages...

The complexities of the english language do work in our favor when it comes to most of these emails, lol!
