Ron, thanks, that's very valuable information. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif I also have a local Northern store -- I hadn't bothered to check with them assuming their price would be the catalog price.

Does your local store offer service? Based on Nortracs literature I assumed (gotta stop doing that I guess /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif) that the local stores don't offer tractor service.

Wow.. if we had a local store.. I would have one of those tractors... I almost ordered one about 4 years ago.. I was on the phone getting a freight quote with lift gate and everything.. added 1000$ to the price if I wanted it.. ( I got a NH instead... )..

Northern Tool is offering FREE SHIPPING on most of their models in the current catalog...

I still wouldn't mind having a local Northern Tool store though!

I would call Gary my only farm tractor equipment dealer. He has a first class tractor assembler working for him. I have spoken to the assembler over the phone. The tractors Gary imports from China arrive in crates. Gary's mechanic put my tractor together and there have been no problems with that end of the deal. I have owned one of Gary's imported 20 hp Emerybuilt LE for over 5 years. It was purchased new and assembled on site in Gary's shop. I have had no problems to speak of with the tractor. But if i did have a problem, I feel totally secure with Gary's expert service, advice and parts.

Actually we do have a store now Soundguy, on Sandlake by the Florida Mall.

We have sold Gary at Emerybuilt parts before and seems to be a nice guy,you may also want to check with Ronald at Ranch Hand Supply he is in Va.also He does a great job on assembly and stocks parts also.We have been helping him for years also
