Mowing Blade is not engaging when the right lap bar is pushed forward. Is this controlled by the Normally Closed Safety Switch? Or what should I check first?

Steve, we need more info. Under what conditions is your PTO working? With the reverse safety switches in stock form, the PTO should only cut off when both lap bars are pulled back. Once one bar is moved forward the PTO should turn back on. Basically if both switches are pressed (opening both), power is cut to the PTO.
