Engine trouble

Kubota engine does not smoke at cranking and very hard or does not start
Fuel in filter and to injector pump

You want to check for power to the shut down solenoid, If you are not getting smoke you are not getting fuel. I am not a Kubota expert, but you need fuel flow in the pump. As stated if it has Glow plugs check them also.
An engine has to have good air flow,an appropriate cranking speed, and fuel, at an appropriate time and flow.
