Of the 371 complaints in Contra Costa County, the District issued 21 violations upon completion of an investigation. San Francisco Bay Area wide, the District received 2,316 complaints and issued 178 violations during the same period last year.

Unfortunately , you are correct.

You asked for an example of an innocent person being jacked by the EPA.

Here's one I know personally, a family in Jackson Hole Wyoming has a gravel pit they have operated for the last 40 some years. A couple of years ago, a bald eagle made a nest near the pit. The EPA won an injunction to cease production due to the nesting eagle. This man and his family spent his retirement to fight for his right to make a living on his own property.

Pretty jackbooted, dog raping activity in my book.
