Didn't ask if they are profit/nonprofit, asked if they are price regulated. Non-profit organizations are limited in how they spend the money not in how they get it. If you're getting power 'at cost' then you're using a lot of power.Mike
Don't use any more power than we did 15 years ago and the bills are double already. I just installed a High Efficiency Heat/Air system in the home that qualified for the $1500 Federal tax credit this year. Bills still going up even with the extra efficiency and programmable thermostat. Our monthly Coop magazine has warned us for 2-3 years this was coming and they could do nothing to prevent it.
