Error Code F05 654 on LS XR3135

Any ideas on what this error code means? The tractor starts right up but the big red Exclamation Point is on at top right of dash and the error code F05 654 is displaying. I also feel the engine is revved up higher than normal and throttle is all the way at its lowest point. The tractor is a 2018 with 155 hours. Thanks for any input you might offer.

s654 F05 (P0204) - Injector 3 Circuit fault
Control Module: ECU
Context:
Hardware errors in the injectors and their respective Engine Control Unit (ECU) A-009 power stages are investigated
within the ECU A-009. The ECU A-009 diagnostic procedure uses pattern detection to identify specific errors. When
an expected combination of errors is detected, the associated fault occurs. This fault will result in the Diesel Particulate
Filter (DPF) regeneration control to stop, the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve Z-005 control to stop, an engine
torque reduction and an engine idle increase.

Possible failure modes:
1. Faulty cylinder 2 injector Y-001, internal failure.
2. Faulty cylinder 2 injector Y-001 wiring, open or shorted.
3. Faulty ECU A-009, software.

Thank you for providing this detailed information which doesn't sound good. Of course, the tractor is no longer protected by warranty so I am hoping the potential fix will be affordable!
