Glad to see you found the blower you wanted. Its great when you can pick up a good used attachment.
If anyone is looking for a new Erskine Blower let me know and I'll see what price I can work out for you. We have a good dicount level with the manufacturer this season, work with a low overhead and are alway happy to work with you from quote though installation.

rbargeron could you send me some more detailed pictures of the mounts from the tractor to the blower? How long did the install take you?
We have yet to sell one of these as we are more into skidsteer equipment. But if they are anthing like the skidsteer blowers they will be a very good unit
Regards
Ken

Hi Ken - I spent some extra time on initial setup - adjusted the frame length for minimal rear overhang, and changed the front support a bit.

Here are a couple pictures. There are 2 mounting points to the tractor - the main one is at the rear drawbar.

At the front, there is plate with 2 pins that is normally bolted to the tractor - but in this case it just rests in the Kubota's loader cradles. I added a spacer to keep it centered, but otherwise the blower can tilt side-to-side to follow the ground.

The Erskine is almost 16 ft long - so it takes up some space when not in use. However it is a good solution for machines without high-flow front hydraulic power and QA

Attachment to the tractor is a simple operation. The rear drive box rotates down out of the way for driving the tractor into place above the unit. To mount the blower, (1) connect the hydraulics and raise the front frame, (2) insert the front pin plate, (3) lift the rear (crank jack included) to connect the drawbar pin, (4) rotate the drive box up and plug in the pto.

Hope this is the info you wanted - Erskine's owner's booklet has lots of pictures of initial setup of the frame - good source for more details. Take care, Dick B

That helps alot.
Would it be ok if I used some of your photos for marketing?

Thanks for asking - sure it's ok to use the pics - I think posting them here puts them squarely in the public domain. Hope the posts are useful. As always, prompt cheerful refund if info or content turns out to be bogus. Happy Holidays - Dick B

Looks awesome Dick,
I may have to put mine on and blow snow to my wood pile just so I can use it. :)
