Bird I agree with you. I had a bad experience with my local guy and I have made that fact known here but to the best of my knowledge I have never mentioned the actual dealers name. You were the first to recommend to me to get a new dealer when the local guy refused to supply me with a part number for the HST return spring kit on the Class III Boomer's even though he added one to my tractor. You may remember that conversation.
Now if someone in my particular area asked for advice on dealers I know of at least 3 TBN members that bought from this guy, that would most likely all shoot the member a PM and quickly wise him up. Then if he made the same mistake as us he would have no one to blame but himself.
A confidential post would be my choice if I couldn't recommend praise for a particular dealer.
