I guess I'm kinda absent minded on stuff like this. On one fishing trip to Lake Okeechobee in Florida I drove through I don't know how many states to get to Clewiston, Florida where we stayed for a week. Then back to Ohio only to find out once home that the tags on my Ranger were expired. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

It was a Nevada rancher, who didn't just refused to provide his ID, he refused to provide his name -- period.

The case went before the U.S. Supreme Court, but I'm not sure how they ruled.

sorry to hear the bad luck: that also means you have to re-take the drivers exame including the driving and paper/computer parts /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif anyhow in ohio you can be taken to jail for setting in a car with the keys on you if you have any symptoms of alchol exposure of drugs. unless you are a mayor in a city car /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif CA, NY and ohio have higest per capata of cops per mile of road! I belive in that order too. we ohioans have it pretty bad for speed traps and bad laws. the lawyers and cops and judges take the citizans$ and give them selves raises. remember that old song about a cop driving a rolls royce, I think that was medina county /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif born & raised there lodi area. now I drive rural ashland co most of the time keeping to the back roads and rolling amish road blocks & road apples /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

as for the driving under suspended licence you can fight it but lets face it probably will loose but why not take em on...

That would vary with the locality, some places would ticket you others will give you time to produce it, best to check your local laws.
