Everybody off to a good start?

Everyone getting off to a good start this spring? Other than trying to mow between all the storms and rain and all the branches being knocked down by all the wind we have been getting. Got my 2518 all serviced and ready to go. I still need to change the tranny filter. Going on 540 hours and still going strong. I have mowed 3 times in 7 days. Gotta love that turf builder!!!! It's the $4.15 a gallon gas thats killing me! Sheesh!

My lawn needs a mowing something terrible! I un-moth balled the Z-Force and got it ready, It's just way to wet to attempt it. I've gotten areas around the house with my old beat Honda push mower, but it's too mushy just about everywhere else.

On top of all that, I may be selling my Z-Force

. We sold our home on 1.5 acres for a larger 4-bedroom home on 1 acre, of which probably less than half of that needs to be mowed!

Surprise baby #4 (already on the way in 6 weeks) spear-headed that whole campaign.

I mowed about an acre with a 22" push mower yesterday. No end in sight on the rain.

I've already mowed twice, the rain is making the grass GROW.

Sooo....you'll be downsizing to a smaller cub?!

I've cut my roughly 1 acre yard now twice with a 21" push mower. It is just too wet to use the lawn tractor yet. Even the push mower is leaving muddy tracks in the yard. I really hope it dries up soon because this is getting old fast. At least I'm getting a good work out!

I'm not really sure what I'm going to do mower-wise yet. I'm thinking self-propelled walk-behind of some sort for mowing. Maybe eventually a Cub project tractor or something?!? Time & resources will be tight with 4 kids and a 'new' house.

Wow....4 younguns' and a mortgage.......I don't whats better.....I've got 2 younguns' and 3 mortgages!

I have a I1046 ZTT that I absoultely love....does great on my slopey 1.4 acres. Pushmowing it would kill me, although I do have a src 621 sitting in my attic......lol

Can't get a break from the rain long enough to get a good days worth of yard work in. I can only do that on the weekend and it rains every time its the weekend!!
