This looks to be a bit extreme for a rake. To be honest my rake doesn't get used as often as it did back when I bought my first tractor. These days it's the grapple for something like this

How big of stick, logs can a rake be used for? I wouldn't think logs but this could prove me wrong

I do see the similarity.

Check out the videos/pics I posted on page 2 of this thread. Peanut, under Ted's direction, tried to break it using several techniques, including a log with the stump attached!

I saw the photos and that's what sparked the thought of how big "should" these be used on. Obvious this was used as a stress test.
