I just had to write this note to praise the folks at EA for the way they handled my recent order for a TC33 loader kit.
It was ordered on line and I was contacted by Travis to answer/verify a couple of things. Travis said I should receive the kit in a week to a week and a half.
Yeah right! I tracked the FedEx Freight shipping number and within 4 days the loader kit was available for pick up.
This type of business model is what I was taught by one of the "greats" in business. It is under commit, over deliver.
You set my expectations on the front end and then provided a pleasant surprise on the tail end while leaving room for any exceptions. What you have here is a very happy customer.
In regards to the quality of the loader kit, I must tell you everything bolted right up and fit like a glove! Happy happy
Now, if it will ever stop raining, I will give it a workout.
Well done EA!
