Jinman, I love that part of Texas and really miss living there. I lived in Lake Dallas. Like you I look back on all the days of clearing land with a chain saw and a wheel barrow and wonder why I didn't get smart sooner... I guess it's a progression that some of us just hafta go through a bit like growing pains /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

I use mine like a brush hog all the time. As of now I am still at the Garden tractor level. With the new house being built in spring, looks like it will have to last awile unless I find the perfict tractor, for a great price before that.
