EX3200 questions

Just got a quote on the EX3200 with FEL at $16,000 from my local dealer. The website has some specs but left me with a few questions. Does this model have a skid-steer quick attach or other quick attach for the bucket? Is the 3PH telescoping? Tilt steering or cruise control? (Not big on my list, but want to make sure I'm comparing apples to apples). Thanks!

I bought an EX3200 a little over 3 years ago. The models from that year did not have any of the items yau are asking about. Maybe someone with a newer model will chime in. FWIW, even though I mostly use a larger tractor, I still use the EX often and enjoy it.
