I think i need to get some more working capital and try to pay down my house somemore and continue to fix up my equipment before i start. I also want to read more into and understand more of the legal and paper work side of things.

That is the very best thing that you or anyone else could do.

If you are serious about this business venture, spend the time and do whatever it takes to be prepared legally and financially. If this means receiving more education beforehand, then by all means take the time to do so.

Go ahead and research and find a good lawyer, accountant, and insurance broker. You will need all three.
