Was wondering if anyone made pallet forks for mid-sized excavators? Would use a Quick Attach mount and perhaps even have an angle function to help line up with pallet openings.

While such an attachment would not be the equal of a tellehandler or even large SS, there are times it would be handy to unload a truck or move heavy pallets with the only machine on site.

Thanks, Rip

I would think you would need a pretty sizable excavator to put pallet forks and unload a truck. wouldn't you have to reach all the way over the truck to reach?

Well, 22 ton is pretty good size.

While I was thinking of something more like a telehandler set-up with forks facing away, the pallet forks that cranes use would work just hung from a chain from the bucket. My thought may be impractical though if you had to line up straight with each pallet by repositioning the whole machine.

Just wondered if something like this was commercial product or shop-built by someone on this site?
