Waste Management has a sweetheart deal with the city fathers... Basic Service is Mandatory and starts at $80 for 3 months.
By mandatory, I mean... if you don't pay the bill within 10 days after the service quarter, the city pays the bill plus administrative fees which quickly double and eventually the city places a lien which can ultimately result in loosing your home in a lien sale.
I like to have a publicly traded company where all of my revenue is guaranteed to be paid, under threat of loosing one's home without need of a court ordered judgement.
