Extended Warranty Revisited!

I have a couple of questions on the JD eHydro recall.

!) When you do the recall work, what does it consist of?

2) After splitting it and doing the work, is it as good as new?

The way I understand it there was a particular part that failed or is subject to failure.

3) Was this a midstream engineer change?

My tractor (JD 4610) was built way before this but I'm really curious.

Thanks

Basicly when splitting the tractor it takes more time to remove the wiring, hyd. lines, and cosmetics than it takes to split the tractor, remove and install the eHydro trans. When its done its just like new, not any slower or faster.

There was only a very small number of units with this problem. It was a problem with the supplier, Sauer Danfoss, not Deere's fault. But in the end it makes Deere look bad.
