external cell phone battery chargers

while sitting at an airport friday, my travel partner found a small
battery pack plugged into the wall, nobody around, looks like it
was forgotten.
but i hadn't seen one yet, it had 2 usb ports to plug in phones
into, and when it needed recharging you just fold out the prongs
and plug it into the wall. i can't say the brand, but started looking
at amazon and see there are a lot to choose from. i see some say
they can charge an iphone 5 times before it needs charging. this device
would have been great for me to have last week while traveling and spending
all day in a field learning about tractors! then try to find charging stations
at a bar or restaurant, this would have been perfect.
does anybody have one? any recommendations?

I use a Mophie for my iphone5. It is basically a case that fits over the phone and gives you another 120% of juice. Simple to use and you charge it and the phone with power code. It is pretty slim and actually makes it easier to hold on to my phone. No need for another loose battery that you may lose... say in an airport.

thanks dragon, i see their products, and i am not an iphone user, so i'd have to get
the external one for my phone. there are a lot to choose from, i was hoping to get
some opinions of those that might have one of the 10,000mh or larger units.
