I have a f-215d. Am wondering what the replacement Hyd filter is. Found it underneath after I bought the tractor. dealer said he changed everything but.... Hyd filter is still in Japanese. And does the 215 have the strainer everyone is talking about and where is it. Front end is a little low on oil is it just 90w or 80/90?? Seems in all my research I missed a couple things about dealers.

The F 215 has a pickup screen, it is held in the transmissiln by 3 small bolts in a triangle on the right side of the transmission. There are some that say they have a crossover for the hydraulic filter on your tractor, but I would bite the bullet and buy the OEM filter. The hydraulic filter is one filter that I would not take a chance on. I have both the OEM & the after market filters. The after market filter is a lot less $$ but I use tha OEM filters on all of my tractors that have the spin on Hydraulic filters. Just my $.02 worth.
