F250 motor swap, 7.3 diesel

Ironically, both the stripped cab with windshield and the red crew cab I just got have valid inspection stickers until January 2018! I expect both to be dead before the project is complete.

Dually still waiting for bearings in the rear diff. F250 rear diff complaining about the heavy loads it towed around this past weekend, at least I've got a spare rear axle for it...
