I would be good with something like that or what was mentioned previously, I just don’t know if it would hold up. I’m assuming the top would have to be ground off assuming the rest of it good.
Self-Leveling compound is good but I am sire the floor would have to be clean and acid cleaned for it to stick. They sell lots of it at Lowes and HD. I know people put in in homes when floors are trashed or unlevel for various reasons. Not sure how durable it is to heavy equipment rolling over it. I would not hesitate pouring it on the really bad spot for starters. I am sure your cement contractor knows for sure, but maybe not.
