Failing brake on my Powerking Stump Grinder, alternative parts?

I've only got 25 hours on this machine and the brake line has actually been failing me since around hour 10! The brake pad assembly alone, Brake Pad Assembly, is more than this brake drum and brake pad kit from Amazon which sounds like it's the same size, Amazon.com. The brake line is also collapsing on the machine too though, Brake Drum Cable, which I can't seem to find on Amazon. There's a bunch around ~$10 so I was hoping to find that on there too, I'm not seeing something that looks the same. Actually the throttle lever is also falling apart on me, starting like 5 hours ago on the machine, the little tooth that holds the lever in place broke off, so right now I just tightened the screw outside the lever to hold it in place that way. I don't see any other sites selling parts for this machine but I don't want to pay that price if they're gonna keep falling apart of me.

Is not the machine still under warranty ?
