I've been looking at prices on 4100's for a while now. I was actually looking at one a local dealer had with 135 hours for $8500. This was what got me seriously thinking about buying one and swapping the loader and MMM. Assuming I could have got it for $8250, plus tax I was looking at around $8900. So I reasoned $7700 from a private seller and not tax, plus a rear finish mower I could sell and get something for was a better deal. My initial hopes were to sell the rear mower and my 4010 and hope to come pretty close to a wash on the whole deal and end up with a more capable machine...
I'm going to use the 4100 this winter to clear snow and maybe mow some with it in the spring then make my decision on which to keep. I like em both right now...
Gee if i could have waited a few years, i could have got one of these a lot cheaper than i paid! :C I might do that with a 2520, so I can get a much larger mowing deck! LOL!
