Well it wont need new tires for 10 to 15 years.
You could sell the backhoe and keep the rest. Get help with the loaded tires. Its not an issue to remove them to take the sub frame off if you're careful. But it can be a challenge to get them positioned right to get them back on. I did it myself after , mounting the sub frame but it was very difficult. But with a helper it would have gone better.
You coould pump out the rimguard but you probably dont want to.
Next time if I ever have to do it again, I'll jack it up higher and put a wheel dolly under the loaded tire. Like this

You might find that the front snow plow is sufficient with your paved drive but if not you can add a front or rear blower later.
I mow with the B2620. It works fine for me.
