Price Check Fair Price on Kubota MX5100 4x4 w/FEL

Hey Guys, I'm looking at a used 2011 Kubota MX5100 4x4 with La844 FEL, less than 100 hours, Ag tires. It hasn't been garaged kept but has been kept in a location that doesn't receive much sunlight. I have seen pics and it looks to be in good shape. However, both front outer boots are torn. Is this common? Asking $20,500. What do you guys think?

I went to a kubota dealer in Missouri today and was quoted $26100 for a new 2013 MX5100 with FEL, 4wd and HST and $20700 for a 2 wheel drive with gear shift trans.

Wow that sounds like a really good price for a HST. The used one I found is a Gear Shift.

my 2010 mx5100 hst 4x4 with fel was $26,000 an i got it for $24,000.an it has R4 tires on it.the price now is $29,000 or a tad more.
