I don't know, alot of good points here. I like to look at things like this ...

Beef taste bad ... Don't eat it.
Milk taste sour ... Pour it out.
Against Booze ... don't drink.
Hate smoke ... stay out of it.
Against abortion ... don't have one.
This can go on and on and on ....

I do think there are way to many regulations regulating all the regulations.

Maybe if all the raw food advocates offered to "pay only shipping & handling" this dairy would probably send you free cheese & you could help "destroy" it one bite at a time. As an EMT that has transported "food poisoning" patients I appreciate the fact that the FDA exists. My daughter is a fish purchaser for a multinational company & deals with the FDA daily. The FDA is a big part of what keeps food producers honest. MikeD74T

Yep, do not eat the cheese, or cut the cheese! Eat a sugar laced treat instead. Or as they do in some poor country they eat dirt. No law against that!

I didn't say the FDA is honest, it take crooks to catch crooks. I don't think any government agency is honest or they'd be trying harder to put themselves out of work. MikeD74T
