Farm pro/Jimna oil leak

I have a farm pro 2425 that has an oil leak from loose bolts securing the flywheel cover to the engine. I will be replacing the bolts with new metric 8.2 grade bolts as well as the real engine seal.
I feel I should replace the gasket between the engine and the flywheel cover but uncertain if completely removing flywheel cover has any gotchas or parts that might drop out of slots or jetways.
Suggestions?
I could just replace hardware, oil seal and check torque specs but in this deep would make replacing the gasket easier now rather than later.
