In your example, I wasn't aware that you got credit for the tax paid out of state. ( I was aware in florida ).. that does make it a bit different.

Man, I sorry, I did NOT get the impression from your prior reply that you were aware that, as a private citizen in Florida, that you were expected to pay, personally or via collection by a store, use tax on every internet, mailorder, in-person purchase, weather in-state or out-of-state, with or without a credit for any tax that might have been paid in another state. And, I'm sorry I didn't make the intrastate tax offset in Kalifornia clear.
