farmall 340 hydraulic wtf?

I just picked up a 1958 farmall 340 it's a good running tractor but the hydraulics do not work. I rebuilt the pump thinking that would be it but still nothing. The pump is working. I have pressure all the way back to the fast hitch and it's valve is not stuck, it moves freely. But the other two valves are very much stuck.

The pump does not bog down when I move the lever. It seems like there is something not letting the fluid build enough pressure in any position the lever is in.

What should I be looking for?

Yes. New filter new oil.

It has been about 40 years since I worked on a 340.

Do a google search on Farmall 340 hydraulic problem.

Sounds like you have a pressure relief valve,, or flow control valve stuck, or hanging open in the system.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking But where would it be at specific to that model? I don't know a lot about hydraulics. If I have to tare into the valve stack I was kinda hoping to go right to it. Also don't want to spend the annual budget in one spot.
