Can someone tell me/show me in a picture, where the differential filler hole is on a Super C? How much and what weight/brand should I use?

Also, how much fluid should the transmission hold and where is the drain plug for the transmission?

My manual hasn't arrived yet.

Thanks

Joe

Joe,
The drain plug is in the lowest portion of the rearend housing, just about inline with the axle housings, and dead center on the bottom. A 1/2" ratchet, or extension fits the plug. You may want to use a breaker bar. They can be pretty tight. Reach under there, you will find it. Just make sure you clean the recess out real well, to prevent rounding out the hole.

The fill plug is just to the left, and slightly ahead of the shifter.

An approx.1" plug, with the same 1/2" square hole.

The differential holds 19 Quarts.

If you want all of the capacities, tune-up info, PM me with your email address. I scanned a condensed service data page, but will need to be sent by email, so as to make large enough for you to read.

I was going to email you through this site, but there is no place to add attachments.

Hope this helps...
