For those of you who are interested in buying a piece of Farmtrac equipment, you will have to wait a while longer. The financing company has made it virtually impossible for most dealers to sell anything. Dealers can't sell equipment unless they give up all of their legal rights, including one of our country's most cherished rights, the right to jury trial.The financing company is requiring dealers to give up every legal right including the right to dispute a bill. No dealer can agree to this, so tractors will just have to sit. Stay tuned to this site, dealers will let you know when the financing company wants to start selling tractors.

(g)or money or FarmTrac or location it keeps coming up with the LETTERs--------A---L---V---A---R--E---Z. What the heck does that have to do with 24 million dollars that the Indians paid to them there people for all that construction and buildings and inventory that was located in that there Carolinaeee town. Dang they used alot of parts to build the loaders and stuff. What did they do with all the scrap. Did anyone see it at the Auction????Please let me know so that I can clear this hear screen. Not to get off the subject too much, but the reason you see so much foreign ownership of business like hotels and convenience stores, etc is because if a foreign buyer buys a certain size business, he can get legal residence status for his whole family to run the business.
