Ok, I may alreday have it. I have not had a chance to read everything today. Too much going on to keep up it seems. I will have to look at it in the morning. Come to think of it I don't think I even checked my mail today? I hope Thursday is better but it starts off at the dentist so I wont hold my breath.
Sorry if this doesn't connect well to previous posts. Does any one have a way to check on tractors that were / are in the T.M. salesman accounts? Especially those that separated form Long or FARMTRAC a few years back.
I am pleased with Farmtrac, I got my motor. I went and picked it up myself, I wanted to see this mess first hand. They have parts people in the warehouse shipping out parts buy the pallet load to orders placed thought the company store. They went out of there way for me. They treated me well. Every one was as nice as they could be. Helped me take off the parts I would need off the core I took them and loaded me a new motor that was still crated. From what I was told by help ( employees that are not in the management Field ) They where waiting on paper work to get straitened out. From what I could tell all was left in a mess, by the other management that had left. To India (LOL) Hear is some video and pics of what was seen. If you have any more questions please PM me. I seen allot of folks working. When I was there they where bringing in stacks of shipping boxes to start sending out parts. I feel they are doing the best they can do with what was left to them. I think it will get worked out soon. The employees I met where in good spirits and looking forward to getting going again soon. We will see. But there is allot of parts available. The company store is in charge of the parts from what I could tell. All orders where coming from them and being billed through them also.
Video is not the best. I was not takeing it. Plus I didnt know if they wanted some one to take it, so it is so so. It is nothing that could not be seen from the street. Just thought you all would like to see what is there as of the 31st
and the pics of the parts department. On the main site. All the buildings are full from front to back.
I think they are doing what they can with what they have to work with. I am not sure why they had the change of heart about giveing me a new motor, but what ever it was it worked. Sushil went out of his way to help me when I was there. I think Tim at 3-R was a big help also. I want to thank you Sir, for all you have done on your end.
SESS, The employees seem to think all will be well. But did you ever get that feeling when every one was just to nice. It may of just been that I was a customer and not a dealer. Either way I think something is going to happen soon. All I can say is that they were busy folks. I seen about 10 or so folks working. Seen allot of parts being shipped out. Even some new stuff that came in. We will see. I told Sushil that people still love the little blue tractor and they need to talk to there dealers. The only thing is this big old paper shredder and a box about 4 x 4 x 4 full of shredded documents. That is the only thing that bothered me. But other then that all looked well
I wonder why this ad is still active? Seems Lewpack pulled some of their ads for Farmtrac tractors, but not all of them. Trying to see how much interest from outside the USA is out there? reporting back to someone with information for possible sales? Whole lot of questions....still.
"The only thing is this big old paper shredder and a box about 4 x 4 x 4 full of shredded documents. That is the only thing that bothered me. But other then that all looked well".
Well maybe they are going to start shipping parts in shredded paper (old invoices, bills, etc) instead of the dang stryroform peanuts they use!
