It wasn't through depositions, discovery, etc. She had to go to the people who knew the story the best in order to get all the pieces of the puzzle to come together. I'm not trying to do anything other than figure out the relationship and where MT fits into the picture. I happen to know first hand how the dealers are the ones getting screwed in this whole process.
We represent Agracat, Inc, who many of you might have heard of and if anyone would like a copy of the complaint, I'd be more than happy to share it with you. Or, you can contact the Washinton County (AR) clerk's office and request a copy.
I have nothing to hide - simply trying to gather information.
Montana/Agricat = old news. In fact I think it was dismissed was it not? I was under the understanding it was then it was refiled but I could be wrong. I certainly don't have all the facts and have no inside knowledge but I have in fact called the clerk about 1 1/2 years ago and got info that really amounted to nothing.
Everone here knows that Montana wanted to buy FT, it was announced at dealer meetings, published etc. That is old news as well. What I don't like is the attempt, on a first post, to somehow link Montana to the FT woes. It looks a little odd and does not help anyone.
I have lots of FT dealer friends and feel very badly for them in this time. Heck, I had some guy contact me relentlessly via email, personal visits and phone calls from FT named Ankur Jain (sp) but we never did pick up the line.
My point is that I feel your method and approach was wrong. If you meant nothing by it then my apologies, it just seemed a bit odd for your first post to announce this type of stuff.
