I was told recently that Farmtrac will soon have a cab tractor out, and it will be the same tractor as a Montana 5740C only with blue paint and not green. If so, who is making it? What type engine? Montana has Mitsubishi and I think Farmtracs have Perkins, correct? Anybody else heard this?

The only model Farmtrac that has the Perkins engine is the 675. The 675 was in the beginning the model 80. All the Farmtrac models in the utility line under that model have the Ford design engine and are 3 cylinder. The newest line Farmtrac offers is made by Same with the Farmtrac name on them.
The Farmtrac compact models use Mitsubishi Engine.
The new 7 series (Same) has the DEUTZ FARR water cooled engines.
