08:30 - Old tore down building removed from property - $400.00
09:00 - Gas and diesel fuel, two breakfast sandwiches - $125.76
09:30 - Eat breakfast, shower and brush teeth.

My wife thinks I have set some sort of record as far as cash outlay.

I am an early riser in the morning, between 5AM and 6AM, but on weekends I sit in front of the D*** computer reading what others are up to until probably around 10AM. BTW it's lunch time that's why I'm here now.
