I am a biggish guy...6'1" 230. I don't want to get in and out more than necessary... that adds to the negative of a cab.
I'm not familiar with specific CUTs and small utility tractors, but the RX8030 level floor (ie - no hump) is a plus for me. So that aspect could well be a candidate for your list.

I'm also around 6'1", and don't have to do too much contorting to get in & out of the cab, however whenever the dealer guys get in & out, they always tilt the steering column right up to give max clearance between the steering wheel and the seat.

Though the OP has stated he is not interested in a cab.

IF you are considering a cab tractor, Get all the hydraulics and Climate control features you ever felt you might need! or pay dearly to get them fit after sale!

Your list seems pretty complete, but if you are ordering from the factory, I wonder how long it will take for you to get it? On another post, somebody posted that Kubota is saying it's a year wait to get a new tractor from the factory. I signed the purchase order for a new Massey Ferguson 4707 two months ago and I was told it would be 3 to six months before one arrived. And that wasn't anything custom, just their basic model.

Before committing to the Massey, I was positive that I wanted something Tier3, so I was only looking at used tractors. No brand in particular, but I've always thought that Kubota was the standard that the other brands tried to measure up to. I still believe this, but so far, I have never bought a Kubota, but it's where I always start my search and then compare with other brands to see who has more features, or costs less.

My very favorite place to go to look at used tractors with a huge selection of different brands is J & K just South of Tyler on 155 towards Lake Palestine. https://www.jandksales.net/

What's really great about them is that they have dozens of used tractors in their yard that you can climb into and look over, right next to each other. A few brands really surprised me by how worn out they looked with just a few hundred hours on them. Others surprised me by how nice they where, like Massey. I know that how they where treated is how they looked, but I also feel that some of the wear and tear on them also showed how well they where built.

If you have not committed to a brand yet, and you are in the area, it's worth your time to see what they have just to look at a variety of different brands all at the same time.

Thanks, @EddieWalker . I was just in Tyler on Monday. Stopped by Coker. I was going to look at the Case dealer, too but made a wrong turn and headed toward Greenville. (where I was eventually going anyway). I'll have to make a point of heading down to J and K. Do you know anything about RJ Power in Longview? They have Kioti and TYM with a nice place to test drive them. Some people will not like them because they also sell UTV and things like that. Which dealer did you use for the MF?

I am fortunately not pressed to buy too soon. I could have picked up a T494 a few weeks ago, but I have no building in which to store it, yet. Hopefully, that will be remedied in the next 60-90 days. At least the build site is clear!

I bought my first tractor from Coker and got a great deal. If it's in stock, he will have the best price. He has also had a variety of different brands since then, but always had Zetor. My neighbor is a pilot, and Steve was a bush pilot in Alaska a long time ago. They get along great and I considered Zetor because of this, but after looking at a few that where not very old at J & K, I just couldn't do it.

I haven't been to the new Case location yet. It looks like they spent a lot of money on that building!!! I have an older Case dozer and I really like the guys in the parts department, but I also really hate how poorly Case supports older equipment. I've had to search salvage yards for parts when Case doesn't have what I need.

I ordered the Massey from PR Equipment in Kerens TX. There are two Massey dealers that are closer, but I'm not a fan of either of them, so I'm giving Nick at PR a try. To me, it's the same tractor wherever I buy it from, but he convinced me that he would be there if I needed something. I can't say for sure if this is true or not since I don't have the tractor yet. There is another Massey dealer up in Paris Texas called Cunningham that one of my clients goes to. They cut hay for a living all over the area and all of their equipment is Massey. He sort of got me to thinking about Massey as a top level brand to consider when I was pretty much committed to Kubota.

He also puts out a bunch of YouTube videos that I like.
