Couple of years ago Fedex got stuck in my drive.
Fired up my tractor, hooked a good chain and hauled him out.
Two days later a parcel was delivered at my door; it was a small gift pack (candies and such) in cute wire basket with a very nice thank you note from Fedex.
Absolutely floored me!
My impression from wording on the card was that it was a zone thing rather than the driver.
Note that we are 25 kms from nearest tow truck.
