Feeding barn cats without the dog getting into it

Our dog (Lab cross) can't get up to the top of the cookstove that we feed the cats on. (cookstove was decommissioned 10 years ago.)

I was looking for something more automatic or automated. I'd like to get them set up on an automatic waterer and feeder so I can make it a week without needing to do something.

I like the high table idea.

Make it a sturdy table so the dog cant tip it over, set up the feeder/waterer atop so it wont budge. Those things work by gravity , no need for any kind of power. They dont cost much and work great with cats, not so much with dogs who are inclined to pig out, most cats dont overeat.

Just to summarize the suggestions in this thread:
• Get the cats high.
• Put the dogs down.

Did I miss anything?

Fence off a small area in the barn that the cats can get through, but the dog cannot. Hog panels, woven wire or a wooden fence with an opening large enough for the cats, but not for the dog. Your feed and water can go in there for the cats if you don't want to put the food up high.
