Yeah, yall are about to make me cry sitting here in New Mexico. Two of the things I miss about Louisiana are crawfish and gumbo. At least I have been able to come up with ingredients for hot sausage and roast beef poboys. I am fixing Camellia red beans and rice with smoked sausage as I type.
