Yeah, I think a wide front end does not help nearly as much as one would think. I've never seen a tractor with a sway bar so there is no roll resistance from the front until the full tilt of the front end is attained, which is probably too late to stop the momentum of a rollover. On the other hand having the pivot point a couple of feet off the ground should add some roll stability.
I think the biggest disadvantage of the tricycle gear with a loader is that all of the weight bears on one spot on the ground so you get less flotation and a greater tendency for a single obstacle or rut to spin the steering wheel out of your hands as the front turns to full lock. (Yes, I did drive an M some in my younger days.)
It's stilll a lot safer than a motorcycle....

I got to use it today even if I got quite wet as it's been raining all day. The important thing is I was able to lift dirt and rock. I also found where I need to add extra bracing and make a swap in hoses as the lift drop lever is backwards. One other thing will be changing out the vane pump for gear, to gain more lift copacity.

Been a entertaining day got cylinder lines swapped and put it to work. I was cleaning the tundra out of my 8ft x 200yd swamp all was going well untill I tried to pickup double bucket of tundra and split clevies pins mount on QC rack. I had forgot to wrap with 1/4 in. strap. O'well it was fun while it lasted.
