I just went through the exact dame thing with my Dealer for MY L3400. He quoted the exact same part number above. My question:

Is the unit complete? Other than the welding on my bucket, will I need to fabricate anything else?

I was quoted $ 396.00 + TX, does this sound right?

No other fabrication is required.
Price sounds good. I paid more than that with a set of forks.
