- Getting old. Sold the ranch. Sold the tractors. Moved back to the city.
I'm building a little 10'x12' potting shed on my 10 acre parcel. It's a salt box design.
Because the rainy season has started and because most of my big power tools are in the garage, I like to do the framing on the garage floor and move the sections to the jobsite about 150 feet away.
I'm an old geezer and some of the sections are too heavy and awkward for one person to handle.
No problem. Just use the LA302 FEL on my B7510HST, a few pieces of 2x4, some C-clamps and a few chains to handle this chore (see attachment).
I can set the frame section just about where I need it using the FEL hand control, unlash the section, and finish installation with the framing nailer.
Probably should get a pair of bucket forks. Maybe for my birthday.
