Are you sure that the loader frame is not hitting the bumper when lowered? I have installed over a dozen loaders on the YM1510 (all Koyker 80s though) and most of them required the bumper to be cut off, moved back about 2" and then welded back on. If this was not done the loader would hit the bumper and not go all of the way down. I dont know if this is an issue on the 110 or not. Might be worth checking out.

Just checked the 110 instructions for the 1510 and it does require the bumper to be moved so that the bucket does not it.

That is exactly what is happening! I showed them the install instructions from your site (thats where I get my parts) and the installer asked me to bring it back in to be corrected. They didn't install the belly brackets correctly either, they are not as low as the ones in your pictures, but hopefully they will get it fixed. I really appriciate everyones help in this.

Josh you should have got a manual with the loader, in it should be the phone
number of Koyker. Give them a call and talk to an engineer. I installed my own
Koyker 110 a couple of years ago on a 1610d. After I got done I couldn't get the loader to connect up. I figured that I would have to do some cutting and
welding to make it fit, after a chat with the factory guy I had it on and all is
well.
If your dealer followed instructions as provided by Koyker your loader should
fit and be able to lift the front wheels off the ground.
