Are you sure that the loader frame is not hitting the bumper when lowered? I have installed over a dozen loaders on the YM1510 (all Koyker 80s though) and most of them required the bumper to be cut off, moved back about 2" and then welded back on. If this was not done the loader would hit the bumper and not go all of the way down. I dont know if this is an issue on the 110 or not. Might be worth checking out.
Just checked the 110 instructions for the 1510 and it does require the bumper to be moved so that the bucket does not it.
