Don't know why the pressure blocks the fluid only in the down position. I always thought the cyl expended fluid flowed out the OUT port. but it appears the pressurized line will block the cyl from dumping the fluid.

That's cuz the 3ph shouldn't be used when the BH is installed.......on the Kubotas there is a latch that locks out the 3ph lever in the down position....

the BH control valve is not setup with PB downstream to the 3ph and the back pressure on the 3ph is not allowing return flow to tank.....thus a restricted return line.....

we own a 1993 Case 580 backhoe/loader extenda hoe. We have purchased 35 gallons of Case ultra-trans and are seeking information on how to correctly remove all the old fluid and replace entire hydraulics with new fluid/filters. Any information on this would be great, even a link showing how to do this would help.

FEL valve is the front end loader valve.
