But, we do all need to read suggestions/advice to our posts and either take 'em or leave 'em and not get upset. It is, after all, difficult to communicate in writing sometimes because it is easy to misunderstand and make inferences about a person's meaning that may or may not be there.

This is so true. I have a sarcastic wit, and have had to learn to temper it on this board. It took a while to realize that no one could hear the inflections in my voice or see the little smile and wink that went with my reply. This point was driven home to me when I was playing a card game on the computer which wasn't going well so I wanted to start over. The computer automaticaly asked me if I was sure I wanted to start a new game, and I was offended because I felt the computer was implying that I was too stupid to be playing at all.
