FEL joystick problem

My FEL controls on my Kubota M6040 aren’t going back to the neutral position. It’s the Kubota 1153 loader. I’ve taken the joystick part off and separated the bracket that mounts it. (Not pictured separated). I thought if I could pull the spherical pins and clean them, that would help the problem. I don’t know how to remove the top plate that the joystick connects to. Any ideas, of what I need to do? Are there springs under the spherical pins?

I had that problem. It was accumulated dust.

First, blow out the area with compressed air.

Second, spray lots of 'Blaster' solvent in there and allow it to soak for 24 hours. Spray 'Blaster' a second time to flush.
